In 2012, I acquired this shop in the heart of Castellina in Chianti. It was a traditional Italian shop, serving the needs of the local population since 1949. My project was born from a passion for Italian food and the desire to share this pleasure with my customers. In Tuscany, I have discovered many small businesses that create high-quality products with love and dedication. These are excellences that I offer every day in my "Bottega." Pepe in Bottega was born from that small shop, now transformed into a shared space where you can taste "Cacio," "Finocchiona," and "Chianti," a superb wine. With a careful eye on costs, I am committed to making the authentic flavors of Italian food and wine accessible to all food lovers.
